Age Verification and Photo ID Requirement
For age verification purposes, and to comply with OnlyFans’ requirements, all clients must provide a valid photo ID. This is mandatory for all clients, especially if you wish to have your images published on the Secret Photographer OnlyFans profile.
Use of Services
The photography services provided by Secret-Photographer.com are for personal and professional use by content creators, models, and agencies. Any misuse of the services or content, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution, is strictly prohibited.
Image Publication on OnlyFans
If you, as a model or content creator, wish to have your images published on the Secret Photographer OnlyFans profile, you will be required to sign a release form, provided by OnlyFans. This form is a binding agreement that grants permission to publish the images on the OnlyFans platform.
Rights and Ownership
While you retain ownership of your images, by signing the OnlyFans release form, you grant Secret-Photographer.com and OnlyFans the right to use, reproduce, modify, and display the images as outlined in the form.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Secret-Photographer.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what your rights are. It applies to secret-photographer.com and to enquiries made through it. The website is run by Secret Photographer, the data controller, who can be contacted through the contact form or by replying to any email you receive from us.
The information we collect
- Session requests (contact form). Your email address, the type of work you are looking for, whether you already have an OnlyFans account, your profile link if you give one, the details you write, and your confirmation that you are 18 or over. We deliberately don’t ask for your name.
- Emails. If you email us or reply to one of our emails, we receive whatever you choose to send.
- Technical information. Like every website, the server and Cloudflare (see below) process your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
- Analytics, only if you allow it. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the website is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate location by country/city, how you arrived). See Cookies.
How your form submission is handled
When you send the form, it is emailed to us and is not stored on the website. If you asked about OnlyFans content, an automatic reply is sent to the email address you gave. We use your details only to answer your request and to arrange any work we agree on. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with your request and any work that follows, and delete enquiries that don’t lead to work within 12 months.
Services that process data for us
- Cloudflare – delivers the website, protects it against attacks, and runs Cloudflare Turnstile, the privacy-friendly check that stops spam on the contact form (it replaces Google reCAPTCHA). Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Mailjet (Sinch) – sends the form emails and automatic replies. Mailjet privacy policy.
- Apple iCloud Mail – hosts our mailbox, where your enquiry arrives.
- Google Analytics – only with your consent. Google privacy policy.
- Our web hosting provider – runs the server the website is on. Server logs are kept for a short time for security.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, they rely on safeguards approved under GDPR (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time (for analytics, use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page). To make a request, contact us through the form or reply to one of our emails. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority – in Romania, the ANSPDCP.
Data security
The website uses HTTPS throughout and stores no form submissions. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
